  8.          The first release was version 4.0 which was not widely
  9.          distributed.  A major bug brought about ver. 4.1
  10.          While correcting a bug in version 4.1,  I seem to have
  11.          created a new bug in ver. 4.2
  12.          So VIP ver 4.3 was created. Again I goofed, and had to
  13.          create VIP ver. 4.4
  14.          After extensive testing I was sure everything was just
  15.          fine. After using VIP for awhile, I discovered certain
  16.          zip's would not extract.    I found that some types of
  17.          comments added to the zips would disrupt things.
  18.          This has been corrected and thus ver 4.4a came to be.
  19.          This one should be OK.  If you find a bug, let me know.
